Me and my family lost one of our dogs back in March and I wanted to get this customized blanket for my dad as a late birthday + early Father's Day gift since he and our dog were the best of friends. Customer service responded as promptly as they could via email when they were trying to work with me regarding a photo I initially wanted due to overexposure (they were willing to make it work for both me and the artist's sake, but I found an alternate photo to use). They were very kind and respectful. I admire that they strive to make their customers happy by sending out the artwork of our pets and having us approve it first (or to have them make changes until we're satisfied) before they send it out to print. I was deeply moved when I saw the artwork of our dog. The beautiful blanket arrived 2 weeks after I placed the order and me and my family love it! It's soft and cozy, and it gives us a sense of comfort as if our dog is still around. Thank you so much, Printy Pets! :)

The art is amazing - you can tell right away that it's Monkey but it still has that digital art charm. The blanket itself is a good size and it's super soft as well. My boyfriend's mom loved it! Printy Pets was awesome! I had such a great experience dealing with the whole team. I was sceptical at first but they had time to answer all the questions; once I felt comfortable enough to do so, I placed my order. Nikko specifically helped me out a lot, I had 4 different pets and wanted them all on one twin sized blanket and he helped point me in the right direction with what photos I should send to the team. He gave me thorough instructions to place multiple pets in a single order and once I did that they sent me back the artwork within days. We encountered a minor problem; 2 out of the 4 pictures got sent to them, so they only made artwork for only 2 animals. Luckily Nikko sent me the customer service email and I spoke to Djoan, who then helped settle my order in. Days later my package came in and I was notified via email! Thanks for the updates by the way! My girlfriend LOVES the new blanket, it made her cry. I highly recommend getting any pet art from printy pets. They clearly love what they do, and the final product shows. Will be ordering from you guys again
