I'm gutted. I purchased 3 portraits for my husband's birthday. I paid extra for the expedited "skip the queue" process. The proofs took a long time and when I finally got them PrintyPets ended up partially refunding me because it took longer than stated.
I didn't want the rounded bottom, but instead the more realistic bottom like in the images on the product photo (flowy fur). I submitted revisions and waited another week. When I got the "new" proofs, nothing was changed. Customer service then told me that only rounded edges are available and that it is stated on their website. Not only is that untrue, they literally have images of exactly what I wanted in the product photos for this item.
My husband has wanted portraits of the pups for so long and I am so upset that this fell through so badly.

This was my second print I got because I loved the first one so much. The second is for my sister’s dog and came out way better because on my phone I had my phone’s screen lighting deemed so when it came to revision I asked them to make my dog lighter so the photo is lighter than it should of been. Still beautiful but I wish they suggested to make sure my lighting was on 100%. I wish there was a way to create an account so I could of had my 10% off from my first review (for sending in my photo) because I forgot to find the coupon on my emails.
This is more of a recommendation but I’m very pleased!
