I absolutely loved the portrait painted. Right on the nose. However, I really couldn't get over the fact that the entire mug was not blue and it just stopped at a certain point, leaving a big white blank strip where the handle is... We're paying all this money, I just thought we could get a decent solid colored mug. I will continue to buy from this store due to the amazing work, just maybe not the mugs..

I think the artwork looks amazing! But I was concerned by the packing....the bottom was exposed to all elements in the shipping process. I didn't understand why it was package that way!

Loved how my kitty mug turned out! Was a bit bummed that it took multiple days for them to "review" my print before sending me preview of it (from there, I had to OK it before they shipped it). While communication was lost at some points (due to a huge volume of orders around the holidays I’m sure), I received both mugs before Christmas with the last one miraculously delivered Christmas Eve with 2 day air, which I don’t think I chose.
