I ordered an 8x8 and when it came, I was disappointed because the bottom of it was cut off and wrapped around the bottom of the frame... (two photos on the left) So I reached out and they offered to either downsize the portrait and reprint to fit on another 8x8 frame at no cost, or I could pay the $10 difference to upgrade to the 8x10 frame and keep the size of the portrait the same. I chose to pay for the 8x10 frame and I am so happy with how it turned out! I will definitely recommend and be purchasing more products in the future!
