RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Please be advised that Printy Pets operates a no returns policy due to the customized nature of our products. If you received a defective or incorrect item we will replace it as fast as possible. Note that all customers receive an artwork proof and we allow unlimited edits before printing. This ensures 100% satisfaction with your artwork!
CANCELLATIONS: BEFORE PRODUCT RECEIVED
Order cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours after placing your order. Our artists will likely have started working on your order by the 24 hour mark, and therefore we are unable to cancel.
In some rare cases, we can cancel and refund an order beyond the 24 hour window (e.g. when artists have not yet started creating your artwork). Please email us to enquire.
Note that any order that has been sent to print cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
REFUNDS: AFTER PRODUCT RECEIVED
As your order is specific to the pet photos that you provided, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Note that all designs are sent to customers for approval before printing, and we offer unlimited edits free of charge. This ensure you are happy with your art before it is printed.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item we promise to replace it as fast as possible. Please report the issue to us via email and provide photo evidence. We 100% guarantee a replacement to any customer who receives an incorrect or defective / damaged / mis-printed product.
We recommend that defects are kindly donated to your local shelter, to provide extra comfort to cats and dogs without a home.
