CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
Our process is split in to two parts: creation and fulfilment. Creation refers to the artwork and product design stage. Fulfilment refers to the shipping of your order.
If you'd like an update on your order status, you can first of all check if it has shipped by using our tracking portal, linked below. Or just click here.
If you placed your order recently, ordered an artwork review, or have requested revisions, then please expect your order to take a little while longer to perfect it before it goes to print!
CREATION UPDATES
You can email our team at support@printypets.com and request an update on which stage your order is in. Generally, it will be in one of the following stages of our artwork and product creation process:

Photo/Order Issue: There is an issue with your photo, and we have emailed you to get some help. Generally we are just asking you for a better photo, or some extra photos so we can see all angles of your pet.

Photo Sent to Art Team: Your photo is being turned in to an eye-catching hand-drawn illustration by our in-house professional artists.

Artwork Review: If you ordered an art review, this stage involves us watermarking the artwork, emailing it to you for review, and waiting for your approval or revision requests. If it's in this stage, expect an email revealing your artwork very soon!

Product Design: During this stage we are creating the print file for your product. Here, we're carefully sizing and positioning your artwork, scaling it up without any loss of art quality, and adding your chosen background colour.

Sent to Print: Your one of a kind pet product is being created!! Time to get excited, soon it will ship out to your doorstep and you'll have it in your hands in real life!
- Shipped/Fulfilled: Your order has been shipped to you! If your order is at this stage of the process, you'll also receive a tracking number to use on our online parcel tracking portal.
