Everything about the experience was fantastic. The art from my photos was spot on and adorable. The art review process was straightforward and much appreciated. I ordered on 12/15 and figured with the whole process there was no way I'd get them in time for Christmas, but they arrived today (12/24) and they are wonderful; exactly what I ordered and hoped for!
